Long story short, I didn't research DDR5 memory configuration limits enough and naively bought a massive 4x48GB setup. Unsurprisingly, my motherboard absolutely refused to handle all four slots filled and threw a persistent C5 memory training error every single time I tried to mount them. After doing my homework, I now understand that running 2 thick strips is much better for platform stability (I should have just bought a 2x64GB kit from the start) and have been usigg NG that configuration since June last year - I bought these sticks in May last year as a 2x48gb set. I have ADHD and work full-time, so getting around to actually listing things for sale hasn’t been my top priority, but I'm looking to move these extra two sticks on ASAP. Because they failed training immediately, they have never actually been used or stressed. They have just been sitting safely inside 2 anti-static shield bags since my actual 2-stick build stabilized. ### 📦 Packaging & Shipping: * **Packaging:** Note that these do not come in the original retail cardboard box. I will be cutting a large anti-static shield bag down to tightly wrap each module individually so they cannot rub or knock together. They will then be stacked, bound into a brick, and packed tightly into a padded Jiffy bag with an absolute mountain of internal stuffing to guarantee they are locked down secure and cannot move or suffer physical shock during transit. **Postage:** Price includes fully insured shipping via **Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed**. It will be tracked, covered to value, and requires a signature upon arrival. Local pickup in Bristol is also welcome. ### 💰 Price & Payment: * **Price:** £850 (Includes Special Delivery) * **Payment Method:** PayPal Goods & Services only (or cash if collecting locally). * **Offers:** Open to sensible offers, but I do have a minimum price I will accept for the pair. Lowballers will be ignored sorry.
