01. Pic taken shortly after I started sorting. Lots of work to do.
02. Desk is already being taken over by bags and bins.

04. Forgot about these! We went to the Legoland Discovery Center in Chicago when it opened in 2008.
05. Good news! Starting to make a dent.
06. More bags. Minifig army is growing. Plane continues to be in the way.
07. Lots of red bricks. The bin of "weird stuff" is growing.
08. Does anyone remember these? I didn't.
09. The wheels outgrew their bin, so I moved to a bigger one. This won't be the last wheel bin.
10. It was getting late. Felt like I was making progress, but it was brutal.
11. GF stepped in and started sorting by color. This was extremely helpful.

14. Here's an oddity- Mega Bloks made their own, tiny form factor for Legos.
15. Using cardboard and duct tape to make compartments in these totes worked great!

17. In the 2000s, Hasbro made these godawful lego knockoff sets called BTR.
18. The second set of drawers arrived! I'm really excited about how it's coming together.

23. Mostly done now. Fourth (and final) cabinet is in place. ~300 pieces left.
